Are you experiencing problems at work?

If you have concerns that your employment rights are being breached at work or you feel you have been treated unfairly by your employer, then it is important to seek advice from a solicitor without delay.

Here at Alsters Kelley, we assist by providing you with advice and practical support for you to make an informed decision about your employment and your future.

Our experienced solicitors can advise on all aspects of employment law to include the following:

  • Settlement agreements
  • Grievance procedure and issues
  • Disciplinary procedure and issues
  • Redundancy
  • Contracts of employment
  • Discrimination including race, sex, age, religion and sexual orientation
  • Bullying and harassment
  • Sickness absence and performance management issues
  • Flexible working
  • Maternity, paternity and other family friendly rights
  • Pay/wages
  • ACAS early conciliation
  • Employment tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal and discrimination
  • Whistleblowing

How much will employment advice cost?

For an initial confidential consultation lasting up to one hour we charge £175 plus VAT.  In this meeting, we will ask you about the details of your employment situation and then provide you with legal advice on the merits of your case/issue and explain what your options are. Based on this initial analysis, you can then decide if you wish to instruct us further. For further assistance with your employment matter, we normally charge by the hour (£175 plus VAT) or we may offer you a fixed fee option.

Please call our Employment department on 01926 356000 or alternatively, you can complete our online enquiry form to see how we may be able to assist you.
