Employment Law

Employment Law is a constantly developing area and, over time, it has become increasingly complex with more and more regulations being introduced. As a result, it is not surprising that both employers and employees have found it difficult to keep up to date with new legislation, which can seem overwhelming at times.

Alsters Kelley provides legal advice to employers and employees, and our extensive experience covers both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.

FOR EMPLOYERS

Employers have certain legal obligations they need to comply with and now face increasing responsibilities with even harsher penalties for non-compliance.

As a result, employment law issues can be the greatest challenge for any business. The retention and motivation of employees are at the heart of any business strategy but the avoidance and management of disputes are the everyday work of managers.

At Alsters Kelley, we are focussed on advising our business clients on managing and resolving problems in the workplace.

Human Resources Legal Support

Our specialised employment solicitors act positively to anticipate problems and to notify you of significant changes in the law which may affect your business. We can also provide Human Resources consultancy, where appropriate, or work closely with your Human Resources team to meet their need for legal support.

When problems do arise, you can be confident in the backing of a legal team that is committed to providing an efficient and measured response - giving you the support you need to achieve positive outcomes in the event of employment litigation.
