Huge numbers of patients attend accident and emergency departments across the country and come into contact with paramedics and ambulance staff. Most of the time the service provided is of a high standard. However, sometimes things go wrong, which can have devastating consequences.

Patients are entitled to expect a reasonable standard of care and if you have concerns about how you were treated, you may be able to investigate a clinical negligence claim. This can help you to understand what happened and why, and whether anyone was at fault.
