Alsters Kelley launch 'No Hidden Fees' price promise for residential sales and purchases

We are very excited to be introducing new pricing for our conveyancing fees into our residential conveyancing team.  We have listened to our clients and undertaken research to understand what is important to clients when purchasing or selling property.

Cathy Wahlberg, Operations and Finance Member says, "A key factor for our clients is knowing what the costs will be without any unexpected surprises.  It can also be difficult to compare prices. Our structure is such that there are no hidden extra’s in our pricing so you will not find unexpected or additional legal fees or bank administration charges copying charges or  ID verification fees.  You also won't find any elements of our work not covered by the fee quoted.

If there are unexpected issues, you don’t need to worry about additional solicitors costs.  We will do what is required to get you moving and it will be included in our quoted fee."

In addition, we do not pay fees to third parties to refer work to us which also means that we can continue to offer competitive pricing.   We pride ourselves on our services and reputation.  We like to be truly independent and focussed only on our clients.

Our conveyancing teams are led by qualified and experienced staff who pride themselves in their levels of service.  You will know who is dealing with your matter and we will keep you up to date.  If you have any questions we will be happy to answer them.

If you are buying or selling a property and would like a 'No Hidden fees' quote then please email: property@alsterskelley.com
