Nazir deals exclusively in the sphere of Criminal Defence work undertaking all forms of Criminal Litigation and Motoring Offences work from the investigation stage to proceedings in the Magistrates Courts and is based at our Nuneaton office and travels throughout Warwickshire. Naz particularly enjoys defending motorists.

 

Experience

Nazir completed his law degree in Nottingham and his Legal Practice Certificate at Nottingham Law School before qualifying as a solicitor in 1997.

Nazir is an exceptionally able and respected Criminal Defence Solicitor, this having been recently recognised by his inclusion by name in the publication The Legal 500.

Nazir represents clients at both the Police Station and in the Magistrates Court. He has a particular interest in advocacy, always striving to achieve the best result for his clients. He has dealt with a number of high profile cases having acted for clients being investigated for and/or charged with various offences including murder, rape, fraud, drugs offences, domestic violence and motoring matters.

Nazir is predominantly based at our Nuneaton office but is happy to see clients in conference at any of our other offices.

Being involved in high profile murder and manslaughter cases which have attracted significant global media attention.

Hobbies

Nazir enjoys the poetry of Omar Khayyam and also outdoor pursuits. Nazir is also a well travelled individual and has gained a depth of experience from various cultures. 

Nazir is trilingual being conversant in Guajarati and Urdu.
