I am a trained Collaborative Lawyer and Family Mediator.  I am passionate about helping people to resolve their issues on the breakdown of their relationship without the necessity of court proceedings. I conduct all of my cases in a sympathetic and conciliatory manner. I am a member of Resolution and an accredited specialist in domestic abuse and complex financial remedies. I am an excellent listener and able to afford my clients the time to talk through their issues as I appreciate all clients are individuals and will be affected differently at times of extreme stress and anxiety. I advise my clients in a straightforward and clear manner and ensures that all clients are aware of all of the options available to them when experiencing difficulties within their relationships.

As an accredited specialist in complex financial matters I am focussed on being able to help people achieve fair settlements and to move on with their lives following a relationship breakdown.

I am passionate about helping parents to work together to plan for their children's future. As a parent myself I believe that children should be protected from the conflict sometimes experienced between their parents.

Although court proceedings are usually a last resort, if required I am an experienced advocate and able to support  and represent clients through the court process.

My career highlights include training as a Collaborative Lawyer and Family Mediator which allow me to use my pragmatic approach within innovative and constructive processes for dealing with family breakdown. I am also an accredited specialist with Resolution in helping with domestic abuse and complex financial issues. In addition, I am a member of the Law Society Family Law Scheme.

Any free time I have is spent with my three young children and I still like to go and support Gloucester RFC when time allows.

I enjoy being involved in my local community in particular, helping out at Nuneaton Rugger Rats.
